The Afghan Boys are the Afghan counterparts to Stan, Kyle, Cartman, and Kenny. They appeared when their American counterparts sent in a dollar each for a school-mandated fundraiser. As a sign of gratefulness, they sent the boys a goat. The American boys were mistakenly trapped in a plane's cargo hold in an attempt to send the goat back and ended up in Afghanistan themselves, where they met the Afghan boys.

While the Afghan Boys resent the United States because of the damage it has done to their country, the Afghan Boys rescued their American counterparts when they were abducted by Osama bin Laden, and both sets of boys accepted their cultural differences as they parted.
