Cesar Millan may seem like an ordinary television dog trainer, but his techniques make him a far more capable trainer than you could possibly imagine. The only person ever to successfully change Eric Cartman's manipulative ways, Cesar uses the same methods he has used to train out-of-control dogs for years to get Cartman to behave like a good little boy and a decent human-being. He combs his hair, gets up early, cooks breakfast, loses weight and even starts doing his homework. After Cesar leaves Liane Cartman behind just as she began to feel a connection to him, Cesar's efforts are reversed once more a she begins looking for friendship in her son.
