Chad is one of the fat kids Cartman meets at Fat Camp. He has apparently been kicked out of more than seven weight-loss camps, and he has been quite concerned about his weight, so much so that he even cries over being unable to control himself by seeing a candy in front of him. He finally told his parents that Cartman was selling candy to the camp kids at the end of the episode.
