About

A notorious murderer and Howard Cartman's cellmate in Nebraska, the two criminals break out of prison and hide out at Mabel Cartman's house for Christmas, running into the boys. Going out to the mall with them and spending some quality time with Kenny McCormick gives Charlie Manson a change of heart for his actions as he discovers the true meaning of Christmas and how people belong with their families. He willingly goes back to prison, where the Cartman family continues to visit him, along with the boys. He's also a big fan of Mr. Hankey.
