These two boys follow popular rumor around the school, and sometimes provide their own unwanted commentary. They're both quite creepy and unnerving. They join Butters Stotch's noble crusade to bring the smurf-killer Wendy Testaburger to justice, and later comment that she and Kyle Broflovski should get together and "screw", unbeknownst to their subjects.
