About
Donald Trump is an American businessman, hotel magnate and occasional politician. He attended Herbert Garrison's unveiling ceremony for the IT alongside other wealthy investors, like Bill Gates and Steve Jobs. His whereabouts since this incident are unknown, but he did not seem to seek political office a second time... instead, it was Garrison who ran for President on a similar platform.
He bares a striking resemblance to the former Canadian President, whom Garrison later assassinated.

Behind the Scenes
During the U. S. Presidential Election, 2016, which spanned Seasons Nineteen and Twenty, Donald Trump was represented primarily by Herbert Garrison and his presidential campaign.
Matt and Trey worried during production for "Where My Country Gone?" that Trump's long-shot campaign would not last, and worried the episode would not have a shelf life, though they felt whoever won the election would be "good for comedy". They also sought to deny Trump the "satisfaction" of appearing on their show, and thus used Herbert Garrison, and briefly the Canadian President instead.
On November 9, 2016, Trump was elected 45th President of the United States, despite forecasts to the contrary, and the episode "Aw, Jeez" was re-written hastily as a result, with Garrison adopting some of Trump's mannerisms going forward, and not longer a prominent wig resembling Trump's hair.
In episodes since "Members Only", President Garrison has primarily acted as a representation of President Trump in the South Park universe, tweeting angrily, passing legislation, and declaring war; although some episodes, such as "Sons a Witches", do feature Garrison primarily as himself.
