Bought via mail order from Africa and arriving in only three weeks to Kyle's house, his mother was quickly opposed to his newfound elephant. His inability to keep his new pet inspired him to pursue a science fair project themed around the creation of pot-bellied elephants, and with the help of Chef and Elton John, Kyle's elephant got drunk and made love to Cartman's pot-bellied pig. The effort proved fruitless, as the child it later bore more resembled Herbert Garrison than a small elephant.

The elephant hasn't been seen since and has presumably been sent back to Africa, but Kyle still has a picture of him and his elephant in his room, and memory of the event later triggered his idea to clone Muhammed.
