Kevin is the eldest child of the McCormick family and speaks with a slurred voice. He rarely seems to leave the house without his parents and is often quiet. He likes frozen waffles and reacts with horror to his brother's deaths.

He is shown fighting his father and throwing beer cans at him before his parents are taken away and he is placed in foster care, and his mother accuses him of alcoholism. He is somewhat distant from his siblings while they are away from home.
