Los Angeles Lakers player Kobe Byrant briefly became a resident of South Park when it became popular in the African-American community. He found himself discriminated against due to his wealth status and was unable to get cheap beer at Skeeter's Bar and Cocktails, and was later the target of a 'time to leave' ritual. He ultimately left the town with the other wealthy black celebrities. He returned to Colorado to attend the Karne Institute for Sexual Addiction with Kyle Broflovski, Butters Stotch and others. Upon the defeat of the Wizard Alien and being 'freed' from his sex addiction, he partied hard.
