Miss Ellen was the substitute teacher for the 3rd grade class in the episode Tom's Rhinoplasty, taking over for Mr. Garrison while he recovered from his surgery. Miss Ellen was the arch-enemy of Wendy Testaburger, who thought the substitute teacher was trying to steal her at-the-time boyfriend, Stan Marsh. Miss Ellen only appeared in the one episode, as Wendy had hired a group of middle-eastern mercenaries to shoot her into the sun.
