About
Mr. Evans leads the School Board in the town of South Park which keeps watch over South Park Elementary and decides how to spend tax dollars in the town's schools. They end up giving up a lot of money to sexual harassment lawsuits after firing Petey the Sexual Harassment Panda, and later must help Principal Victoria in firing Herbert Garrison as teacher - he turns in his badge and his gun. They seem to be conservative, as they once had a policy of no homosexual teachers - until they realized Mr. Garrison could threaten them with a lawsuit, of course.
