Oinky the Pig is a member of the Island of Misfit Mascots commune in South Park. Oinky's mission has been to teach people all over South Park not to run around with scissors or else they could get hurt. Like the other members of the Island of Misfit Mascots commune, his efforts were largely unsuccessful.
