These characters are all members of the Stoley family.

It was suggested in "Conjoined Fetus Lady" they may possess Chinese ancestry, but so far they seem about as white as Tuong Lu Kim. In the Stoley Residence there's a photograph of Kevin in his Star Trek costume with two unidentified relatives.

Whether or not Esther is a direct relative is unknown, but she bares a VERY close resemblance to Kevin and many fans have assumed they are twin siblings.
