==About==
The mascot of [[Whistlin' Willy's|Whistlin' Willy's Pizza Gulch]], he stops by to deliver kids their pizzas if they whistle for him. He also appears at special events like kids' birthday parties. Bill, the owner of Whistlin' Willy's, sometimes wears the mascot costume, as well - including when he decided to kick all of the [[Yelpers]] out of his restaurant for their behavior. [[Eric Cartman]] has notably never been as fond of him as the other kids and prefers [[Shakey's Pizza]] or Pizza Nut... he was the only fourth grader to be happy when the other Yelpers destroyed it.

The place has reopened though, and now Bill delivers Yelpers' Specials to people all over town.
