For the Monster Marsh at Park County Community Center, the boys hope they can beat Wendy Testaburger's Chewbacca costume this year -- knowing group costumes always win (as long as they aren't Raggedy Ann and Raggedy Andy) they adopt the guises of The Avengers, hoping to win the contest and get as much candy as possible. Randy Marsh and the Red Box Killers make a big hole in their plans, and their attempts to be heroes against the Red Box Killers fail. It's still unknown if they ever won the Monster Mash costume contest.

• Though the group is in clear homage to the characters in the 2012 film The Avengers (or Avengers Assemble in some countries) the characters Hawkeye and Black Widow are not represented.
• Stan says the other boys' real names are "Bruce, Tony and Kurt" -- in the film, The Hulk's real name is Dr. Bruce Banner, and Ironman's real name is Tony Stark.
  • Thor's alter-ego in the comics is Dr. Donald Blake, but Kurt is the name of another character played by Chris Hemsworth, who portrays Thor in the films.
