This is Kyle's overbearing Jewish mother. She's always poking her nose in everyone else's business and lobbying for different causes. She really hates Terrance and Phillip, and has rallied protests against it on several occasions.

Cartman labels her as a "big fat bitch", and he even wrote a Christmas carol about it. She's proven herself to be one on more than one occasion.
