The youngest Kardashian sister, Khloe, appears in a regular role with them on Keeping Up With the Kardashians. She and her sisters' lives were nearly brought to a tragic end when a reader of the controversial novel The Poop That Took a Pee attempted to gun them down, but they were resurrected under mysterious circumstances. She has been known to stop in South Park's abortion clinic when trying to keep things low-key.

During a brief visit to South Park, Khloe's stop at Unplanned Parenthood spawned an abortion the likes of which medical science had not yet seen before - and despite Martin Poonlovers' efforts, it was mutated and became a Giant Nazi Zombie Baby that the player must defeat to escape the abortion clinic.
