Many of South Park's citizens aren't terribly outspoken. This brown-haired man wears a hoodie over a blue jacket and appears in town quite frequently. He saw Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull at the Bijou Cinema the same day as the boys, and was just outside Tweek Bros. Coffee the day Mecha-Streisand attacked. He has a wife and son, and they were watching a scary movie together when Gangnamstein appeared.
He was one of Tuong Lu Kim's final customers before the ShiPaTown renovations, when we learned his name was "Mike".
