Dick Dastardly and his partner Muttley has been participating in the world-famous and notoriously dangerous Wacky Races since the sixties. When Timmy Burch and Nathan triggered the first new Wacky Races in almost fifty years, Dastardly and his partner showed up unannounced to participate in the games and cause more mayhem. As long as he and his partner Muttley are up to their old tricks again, there'll be a lot of violence every Saturday morning.
