The people of Iraq were once a proud, noble people, before they were taken over by the crazed, insane Saddam Hussein. Hussein was eventually taken out by a pack of wild boars trained by the United States government, but Iraq remained an oppressed nation under threat of war, and attempted to kill Santa Claus when he tried to bring Christmas to them... and eventually murdered Jesus Christ in cold blood. (He's fine now.)

They were also paid to take out Miss Ellen and send her into the sun.

Behind the Scenes

• As "Terrance and Phillip in Not Without My Anus" was produced at a point when Terrance and Phillip were believed to be animated, fictional characters, the Iraqi characters appearing within the episode are animated like Canadians, even though they appeared a few episodes earlier - and in later ones - like "normal" humans in South Park's regular style.
