A longtime player for the Los Angeles Lakers, Magic Johnson's basketball career nearly came to an end when he announced in 1991 he was suffering from HIV. Kobe Bryant suggested he move to South Park when it became fashionable for wealthy people to move there, but Magic was not seen moving in. When Eric Cartman and Kyle Broflovski contracted AIDS, they traveled to meet with Johnson to discuss how he was able to fight it off for so long, and together they discovered the cure for HIV/AIDS: concentrated cash, in concentrated liquid form, is capable of killing the infected cells.
