About
Mrs. Tweak and her husband Richard are the proud owners of Tweek Bros. Coffee, an independent coffee shop in South Park, and they also have a son named Tweek. When they were younger, she was considered a very attractive woman, and many men courted her, but she only had eyes for Richard. They spend much of their time tending the shop, and Mrs. Tweak takes pride that they are who the townspeople turn to for their coffee every morning. Both she and her husband are highly pro-business, but she nonetheless acts as Richard's moral center, voicing her opposition to his using children in political advertising.
In contrast to her sometimes inattentive or overzealous and husband, Mrs. Tweak is highly empathetic with her family members, comforting Richard during Tweek's breakup and making sure to know how her son's day is going. Although far less jittery than their son, they themselves can become paranoid about his future and safety, and their attempts to prepare him for troubling situations can backfire spectacularly. Since Tweek was 'outed' as homosexual, they have both been supportive of his relationship with his boyfriend.

Empathy
Throughout her appearances, Mrs. Tweak has been depicted as having empathy and support for her family. Despite their differences, she and Richard still worked together against the Harbucks coffee chain until he crossed her line by using children in the advertisements. She was still quick to comfort him quite a while later, when Tweek and Craig had broken up. She is very supportive of her son's new relationship but draws less attention to it than her husband. She often places effort into calming either of them down when they're upset.
Inattentiveness
Although Mrs. Tweak is a great deal more considerate and supportive than her husband, she is not above sharing fault with him. They both appear confused when their story about a bully named Quib fails to settle Tweek’s nerves over his fight at school, and she takes initiative in dismissing Tweek’s claims about the Underpants Gnomes. They both become argumentative with one another about Tweek’s safety when they fear he will be abducted as well.
Morality
Mrs. Tweak has a strong moral center and is not afraid to stand up when she sees something as wrong. When Richard used their son and his friends to influence the town about large corporations, Mrs. Tweak voiced concern from early on about the morality of his effort. As the situation escalated, she disengaged due to what she perceived as the immorality of the situation, and sided with the children when they realized that corporations were good, advocating Harbucks’ right to stay in town.

Mrs. Tweak is a woman of average height with slightly pale skin, with long eyelashes and bright red or pink lipstick. She has neck-length light sandy brown hair with neat bangs. She wars a narrow, low-cut V-neck turquoise dress with a dark blue horizontal sash under her bust. She often wears a white-and-gray apron, but is occasionally seen without it.
Family
Richard and Mrs. Tweak began dating while still young, and she was considered "very attractive" at that age, forcing Richard to overcome rivals for her affection, such as a bully named Quib. Today, they have a close relationship and both want what is best for their son and business, but are stubborn when they disagree.
Mrs. Tweak is often more concerned about Tweek and his emotional state than her husband, who can be inattentive to both of them at times.

While Mrs. Tweek is not known to be especially close with anyone, she seems to maintain friendships with the other parents in town.
Residence
The Tweaks live across the street from the Marsh family in the main neighborhood. Their home was redecorated significantly between the sixth and nineteenth seasons.
Workplace
Most of the time, the Tweaks can both be found working at their coffee shop, brewing fresh coffee for customers and providing free wi-fi. While Richard usually mans the register, Mrs. Tweak attends to other matters, such as sweeping and chatting with customers.

When the player visits Tweek Bros. Coffee, Mrs. Tweak is present in the shop sweeping behind the counter, and suggests that the coffee could help with schoolwork. She can be added as a friend if the player buys a special "Ultra Speed Potion" coffee roast from the Tweek Bros. Coffee shop.
South Park: The Fractured But Whole
Mrs. Tweak is present in the coffee shop once more, now working a machine behind the counter. She is initially unable to engage with the player as she is worried about her son's recent breakup, but once Tweek and Craig are reunited, she will happily take a selfie. When taken, she hopes she doesn't look too hopped up.
Of note, while other mothers in the game are listened as 'Mrs.', Mrs. Tweak is listed as 'Tweek's Mom'.
Behind the Scenes
In her first two appearances, Mrs. Tweak was voiced by Mary Kay Bergman, who voiced all of the show's female characters. After Bergman's passing, the role was taken over by Eliza J. Schneider through season 7's "South Park Is Gay".
After a long absence from speaking roles, a new voice actress began voicing the character in the season 17 episode "Informative Murder Porn", believed to be either Mona Marshall or April Stewart.

What's in a Name?

The character has never been identified by name - indeed, even spelling is unknown, as onscreen sources have almost always spelled the family name 'Tweak', other than on Richard's nametag in early seasons, and the coffeehouse throughout the show's run. The spelling 'Tweak', however, has often been used in press material as well. The spelling 'Tweek' is more than likely a business brand decision for the coffeehouse, as it is only used on nametags and the logo of the store. The spelling 'Tweak' has even been confirmed by co-creator Matt Stone himself.
Some fans have called her Helen Tweak over a mishearing of Richard's frequent habit of calling her 'honey', while another common fanon name has been Cindy Tweek. Both have been mistaken as official online but neither is canon.
If the name Helen was canon, that would mean Tweek Tweak and Timmy Burch's parents have the same names.
